This is great to start your day with, or even just as a snack after (or before!) a workout.
You need (per person):
– one banana
– generous splash of cinnamon
– 2 scoops protein powder
– generous tablespoon of peanut butter (the healthier and purer the better)
– about 250 – 300 ml almond milk
What you need to do:
Add all ingredients in blender and… blend. Done!
